Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Definitions

• "KS-MDT" – The MDT platform, website, app, API, and all associated services.
• "User" – Anyone using the MDT website, app, or in-game system.
• "Server Owner" – Anyone who installs the KS-MDT resource on their FiveM server and registers via the API.
• "Content" – Any data entered into the MDT (reports, searches, photos, evidence, etc.).
• "We/Us" – KS Scripts (operator of KS-MDT).

2. Eligibility

To use KS-MDT you must:

• Be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by your region
• Be authorised to use your server's MDT
• Provide accurate registration information
• Not be banned from KS Scripts services

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details secure
• Any activity performed under your account
• Reporting any unauthorised access immediately

For server owners:

• You must secure your API key and database credentials
• You are responsible for staff permissions on your server
• Misuse of KS-MDT by your staff is your responsibility

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

When using KS-MDT you must not:

• Attempt to hack, bypass, or exploit the system
• Use fake or stolen identities
• Share screenshots or MDT content outside your server without permission
• Upload harmful code, viruses, or malicious scripts
• Misuse police/EMS/dispatch tools for trolling or harassment
• Abuse search tools (PNC, vehicle, ANPR, fingerprint, etc.)
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the system
• Share confidential server data with unauthorised users

Misuse will result in:

• Server suspension
• API key revocation
• Account ban
• Potential reporting to platform authorities (FiveM, Discord, etc.)

6. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If KS-MDT or KS Scripts introduces paid services, you agree that:

• Payments are handled securely by trusted third parties
• Refunds follow the payment processor's policies
• Failure to pay for a subscription may suspend service access
• Abuse of chargebacks may result in account bans

7. Availability & Service Interruptions

KS-MDT may be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Security fixes
• Server outages
• Provider downtime
• Issues caused by your server owner's configuration

We do not guarantee 100% uptime, though we aim for high availability.

We are not responsible for outages caused by:

• Your hosting provider
• Your FiveM server
• Incorrect configuration
• Third-party scripts breaking functionality
• API misuse

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

• KS Scripts is not liable for data loss, downtime, or misuse
• KS Scripts is not liable for actions taken by MDT users on your server
• KS Scripts is not liable for disciplinary or administrative actions within your server
• KS Scripts is not liable for content created by users (reports, warrants, evidence, etc.)

You agree to use KS-MDT at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You attempt to exploit or reverse engineer the system
• You abuse the API
• You pose a security risk
• A server owner breaches API rules

You may stop using KS-MDT at any time by:

• Deleting your account
• Closing the app
• Removing the MDT resource from your server
• Requesting server deregistration

10. Intellectual Property

You agree that:

• KS-MDT branding, logos, UI, features, and code are owned by KS Scripts
• You may not copy, modify, resell, or distribute KS-MDT
• Reverse engineering is prohibited
• Reproduction of any part of KS-MDT requires written permission

11. App Store Compliance (For KS-MDT App)

By installing the KS-MDT App, you also agree to:

• Apple App Store Terms of Use
• Google Play Terms of Service
• Microsoft Store Terms of Service
• Any device-based permissions (biometrics, notifications, etc.)

We will follow all store policies for:

• Data usage
• Biometric authentication
• Crash logging
• App tracking

12. Third-Party Integrations

KS-MDT may integrate with:

• Discord (authentication)
• Auth0 (Customer Panel logins)
• Email and notification services
• Analytics providers
• FiveM servers and frameworks (QBCore, ESX, etc.)

You agree to follow their policies as well.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms if:

• Features change
• App store rules require it
• Security policies are updated
• New modules are added
• Laws change (UK GDPR, consumer protection, etc.)

When updated, the new Terms will be posted on ks-mdt.co.uk with a new effective date.
