A. Account & Authentication Data

  • Discord ID (for Customer Panel via Discord/Auth0)
  • Role, department, callsign, permissions
  • Biometric unlock preference (Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint — never stored)

B. MDT System Data (In-Game / Panel)

Depending on your server role (police, EMS, fire, dispatch, civilian), the MDT may collect:

  • Character information (name, citizen ID, job role, rank)
  • Licences (driving, firearms, medical, pilot, etc.)
  • Vehicle ownership records
  • PNC / person/vehicle search logs
  • Police reports, PCRs, medical reports, evidence logs
  • Warrants created or edited
  • Fingerprint scans
  • ANPR activity
  • Emergency calls submitted or dispatched
  • GPS/unit status (on-duty/off-duty, panic button events)
  • MDT login times and activity
  • API usage tied to your server account

This data stays within your whitelisted server and is accessible only by authorised personnel.

C. Device & App Data (KS-MDT App)

  • Biometric unlock status (enabled/disabled only)
